What is Fit for Life?
Fit for Life is a gentle exercise program designed for seniors' (over 50).
It has great health benefits for you which can help to:
- Increase cardiovascular fitness;
- Increase muscular fitness;
- Lower blood pressure;
- Reduce body fat;
- Improve flexibility;
- Increase bone density;
- Improve cholesterol control;
- Manage diabetes;
- Improve overall health; and
- Increase social interaction.
The program is run from Monday – Friday at 11:30am for 45 minutes.
